If you are a new Client and have not used us before, then please ask yourself if your existing provider does the following:

1. Do they care passionately about the people they place and the clients they add value to?

2. Do they have the experience and the maturity to trust their gut feelings?

3. Are they able to filter out those candidates who could waste your time?

4. Do they interview their candidates properly?

5. Do they check relevant qualifications (eg for Finance, CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc) as a matter of course?

6. Do they preselect only those candidates who closely fit the Job Description, Aspirations, Culture, and Values of the team they are to join?

Practice Clients

We can place any level of practice staff from junior to managing partner. We can also help with mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

  • We will take a detailed brief, taking the time to ensure that we understand your requirements, the culture of your practice and your future plans for staffing levels, and from that prepare an effective recruitment campaign
  • You will be informed of progress at every stage
  • We will agree relevant service levels with you at the start of our campaign
  • Before interview, we will brief candidates fully about your role and your practice
  • After interview, we fully debrief candidates before passing the feedback onto you
  • At offer stage, we will put the verbal offer to the candidate and, after gaining acceptance, provide you with the candidate’s personal details for you to write to them. Where appropriate, referencing candidates.
  • We will also brief candidates about their start date and time and any instructions for their first day. 
  • During a candidate's first 3 months we will make regular contact to ensure that both client and candidate are happy with progress within the role.

We also assist Clients with confidential Salary Surveys and Benefits Appraisals.

Commerce & Industry Clients

As above, we listen carefully to your needs and deliver as close a match as possible for you.

Summary of obligations to the Client – Referencing and Right to work verification

If a candidate is available to work immediately, Cripps Recruitment will attempt to obtain at least one reference from a previous employer. If a candidate is currently working in a permanent position, it is the client’s sole responsibility to take up any references as they see fit, but may request assistance from Cripps Recruitment Limited. As Cripps Recruitment Limited places permanent or contract (onto client’s payroll) staff, Cripps Recruitment Limited is not obliged to verify the right to work in the relevant jurisdiction that the work is to be undertaken. By using Cripps Recruitment Limited’s services, the Client expressly understands that all such checks are the sole responsibility of the Client.
